- Shipping & Delivery
- All items are shipped via USPS and may be tracked at USPS.com Priority Mail (2-3 days) and Express Mail (1 day) shipping services are available. You may choose between priority or express at checkout. Please be aware that we have 6 stores and your item may be coming from a different store, emails will be sent for any problems with your order so be sure to leave your correct email when checking out. Please add a phone number to your information so you may be reached easily.
- Returns & Replacements
- Refuns are only offered if for some reason we make a mistake (wrong size, color, style, etc) We offer exchanges on all products. All products must be unworn with original tags. We do not offer return shipping labels, buyer must pay shipping for their item and we will ship the exchange in our expense. If you would like to exchange an item, please write what you would like in return on the invoice. Please place the invoice with message inside the return package. You may also email us at getsetnewyork@gmail.com for any return requests.
- Ordering
- All orders are processed by Paypal. We do not accept phone orders. Paypal may reject your payment if you do not have the funds in your account, or if Paypal labels your order as a risk. Same day shipping is offered if ordered by noon.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We try our best to give our customers the best prices around. Many of our products are exclusive to us, and may not be found elsewhere. Online promotions may be found via our blog. We offer free shipping in the U.S. on orders over $100 as well as free shipping on all orders on the weekend. Loyal customers will receive emails to our VIP club which receives a special discount.
- Viewing Order Updates
- You will receive email updates on all orders. You will receive an email saying your order went through, another email saying your payment went through, and a final email saying your order was shipped with tracking number.
